John is a lawyer practicing in Vancouver, British Columbia focusing on family law, estate litigation and commercial litigation/business dispute matters. John obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2014 and called to the British Columbia bar in 2016.

John has appeared before all levels of courts in British Columbia and has experience representing clients before administrative tribunals.

Family law

John assists clients on a wide range of family law issues, including separation agreements, parenting arrangements, child support, spousal support, division of property and debts, and divorce.

Estate Litigation

John has experience assisting clients with wills variation claims, rectification of wills, disputes regarding executors/personal representatives, passing of account issues, and committeeship applications.

Commercial Litigation/Business Disputes

John has represented clients on a wide range of commercial and business dispute matters, including contractual disputes, commercial tenancy disputes, shareholders disputes and wrongful dismissal claims.

John is fluent in Korean and is pleased to offer services in both English and Korean.
