Sarah Leung Named Partner at Northpoint Legal

Called to the bar in 2008, Sarah is an experienced divorce lawyer and family law litigator with extensive experience in complex family law matters throughout British Columbia. Since joining the firm in January 2026, Sarah has made a significant contribution to our family law practice and to the clients we serve.

She regularly advises professionals, executives, business owners, and families in complex family law disputes involving significant assets, corporate interests, and contested parenting matters. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, she is particularly recognized for her work on cross-border family law matters, bringing both legal insight and cultural fluency to these cases.
